Àlex Tejero Bonache

Graduate in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Barcelona, during my degree my interests have been centred on the question of social control—a phenomenon on which I have worked with a field study focusing on the analysis of the measures taken to deal with the Covid-19 health emergency—as well as on the exploration and critique of the media-political construction, by administrations and the media, of the figure of those who confront this control. Within the (Tr)african(t)s project, I work on the provenance of the Igorot collection of the Museum of Ethnology and World Cultures (MuEC) in Barcelona.
